Hi everyone,

We’ve been listening to your feedback and are excited to introduce some updates to make managing customer profiles in CareApp even easier! :tada:

What’s New?

Say goodbye to the “Edit Profile” button! You can now view and edit all customer profile details directly within the profile — no extra steps required!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to Customers > Select a Profile .
  2. Click on any information to edit.

We’ve also simplified the Customer Tab , now separated into Active and Archived profiles, making it easier to navigate. You’ll find these options at the top of the Customers tab on the web.

Updated Terminology:

Customer profiles are now clearly labeled as:

-Active

-Archived
