As Autumn rolls in, CareApp’s Easy and Beautiful Summer draws to a close. Since December we have made over 80 user experience improvements, making CareApp easier, faster, and more beautiful for you to use every day. We are now going to shift focus back onto new features and improvements. We can’t wait to show you what we have in store to make CareApp even better.
And just because the weather is getting cooler doesn’t mean we are going to stop improving the little things! If you notice something, or have a great idea to make CareApp better please contact us.
Easy & Beautiful Improvements
Here are the big things that have changed since our last update:
General Improvements & Fixes
- Fixed an issue preventing some users from sending direct messages to Provider Administrators
- Fixed an issue that prevented people from accepting a second invitation to CareApp
- Adjusted some caching on our API, which greatly improved our API response times for all requests
- Adjusted the order of notifications for Team Members and Family users
Mobile Improvements
- Adjusted the language on the Account Recovery Screen
- We now show the post type in our popups
- We have improved how Notices are shown in the app, which will make CareApp feel faster and smoother
- Improved the Customer user experience
- Added an icon to the feed if a post contains multiple photos or videos
Web Improvements
- Made a bunch of improvements to the Messages experience
- Coordinators can now remove customers from a user’s profile page
- We now show the post type in our popups
- Provider Administrators can now add to a customer’s community from their Provider Admin screen
- Changed how images are fetched throughout CareApp, which should make CareApp feel smoother
- Adjusted some margins and padding to improve the look and feel
- Added an icon to the feed if a post contains multiple photos or videos
- Improved the Customer user experience
- Improved the look and feel of free text question cards
